Step 2: Property Assessment & Preparation
Next up in the fence installation process, we have property assessment & preparation. Once your signed quote has been received, one of our superintendents will reach out to you to schedule your assessment. During this assessment, our superintendent will take precise measurements for your designed fence line. They will also mark that line for our fence installation crew to follow during the install.
Additionally, this is when our project management team will schedule for your property to be marked for underground, public utilities through VA 811. This is to ensure that no utility lines are cut during the digging stages of the fence installation.
